Olympic Weightlifting aka "OLY" is a high powered 90-minute session dedicated to the sport of Olympic weightlifting. This class is designed to teach, refine, and enhance your skills in the snatch and clean and jerk, the two Olympic lifts. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced lifter, this program offers expert coaching, technique development, and an empowering training environment.
